UPDATE Nov,2014 Trick to incorporate DYNAMIC COLORS in the RESPONSIVE AD UNIT
So you create a site and work hours to get it "responsive" so it looks good on all the connected toys... but your old Adsense code won't "follow" the "responsiveness" and your site will look ugly. You can "responsibly" hide the ads but you are leaving money on the table! The responsive ad unit is sooooooo handy that I use it everywhere. It adjusts and shows ads depending on the size of your platform. If you are browsing using a big old screen you will see a full page ad. If you are browsing using an i-phone you will see a tiny block ad. No worries, just copy and paste some code and that's it!
It's even better when you know the trick to change the colors dynamically in the code...

*** Please note that I just discovered this trick, I haven't tested much. Please read the warning up there before using any code on this page.
*** I don't know if it will be supported in the future.

1 - First you need to create a responsive Ad unit in your AdSense account. Follow these instructions if you don't know how.
2 - Get the code of you new ad. It will looks like this:
<script async src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script>
<ins class="adsbygoogle"
style="display:block"
data-ad-client="{YOUR AD CLIENT ID}"
data-ad-slot="{YOUR AD SLOT ID}"
data-ad-format="auto">
</ins>
<script>
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
</script>

3 - Modify the code to ad the colors attributes and replace the FFFFFF with your color codes.
Also, make sure to insert your client ID and Ad Slot ID.
Google will use these colors over the ones setup in your AdSense account :
<script async src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script>
<ins class="adsbygoogle"
style="display:block"
data-ad-client="{YOUR AD CLIENT ID}"
data-ad-slot="{YOUR AD SLOT ID}"
data-ad-format="auto"
data-color-border="FFFFFF"
data-color-bg="FFFFFF"
data-color-link="FFFFFF"
data-color-text="FFFFFF"
data-color-url="FFFFFF">
</ins>
<script>
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
</script>

4 - That's it! Copy the code on your new web site and enjoy the responsive revenue!

5 - Please donate if you find this site useful. Donation will help pay for the domain, hosting and maintenance. Thank you very much! :)
